Critical Side Note: It has come to my attention that the nature of our REScheck service might be misunderstood just from reading the RES check page description. Please understand that this is not a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all, free report that just contains a collection of standard construction details that simply gets e-mailed to you upon request from an automated e-mail server. Each report is actually custom work based on your individual home's data. Special software, training and time is called upon for each one completed. Therefore, we really have no other option but to charge for this valuable service. We strive to provide a lot of value compared to the nominal one-time fee required.     A Quick Relevant Story I recently had the privilege of doing a REScheck for a client who was planning an addition to their main residence in a very tough township. Tough in the sense that it was difficult to obtain a building permit. My client submitted all necessary documents, including a REScheck, and then waited. She was told it would be about 3 weeks before the permit was ready.

    At the 2 week mark, she couldn’t take it anymore and called the township office. She was told her permit was ready and there were no hurdles to cross. They could start digging whenever they wanted.   • Include all Elevations, Basement/Foundation Plan, all Floor Plans and a Section that details wall and roof construction.
  • If a window and door schedule, showing Rough Openings, is included on one of those drawings that will be all I need. If not, then ask your designer or architect to provide one because I cannot do a REScheck without it.
  • After submitting the form below you'll be taken to Step 2 - the payment submission section where you will have the option of using paypal or a credit card to secure your REScheck. Upon your payment verification we'll lock you into the 48 hour window for fulfilling your order.
  • If anything is missing that prevents effectively processing your request we'll be in touch as soon as possible to keep things moving for you!
